With over 300 employees nationally, we’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a Mobilisation Coordinator to keep our people and projects moving. About the Role You’ll be the driving force behind mobilisation logistics — coordinating travel, accommodation, compliance documentation, and onboarding for our national projects. Sitting within HR, this role supports end-to-end mobilisation across Australia’s leading infrastructure and defence programs. Key Responsibilities Coordinate FIFO travel and accommodation for employees and contractors. Manage compliance and onboarding logistics (medicals, inductions, site access). Maintain central roster and travel data to forecast workforce movements. Act as the point of contact for travel providers and site teams. Prepare mobilisation reports and support HR with system onboarding. What You’ll Bring Experience in mobilisation, travel coordination, or HR logistics for large projects. Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail. Confident communicator who can liaise across teams and suppliers. Proficient in Excel and travel or HR systems (Employment Hero, Sitepass, INX, etc.). Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities. Why Join Shadbolt?
