What you’ll do: Provide personal care, community access, and household support Implement strategies from Allied Therapists Support clients with mental health needs and behaviours of concern Foster positive routines and independence in a SIL home setting What we’re looking for: Previous experience in SIL or residential environments Background in mental health support Confident with personal care and behaviour management Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong multitasker with a positive attitude Why join us? Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunities for professional growth Meaningful work that changes lives Requirements NDIS Workers Screening Check Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR certificate Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability or equivalent Australian driver's license and your own fully insured vehicle Pay Rates SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax): Base hourly rate: $35.15 Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67 Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37 Saturday: $49.21 Sunday: $63.27 Public holiday: $77.33 All employees will be required to comply with mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.
