What you’ll do: Provide personal care, community access, and household support Implement strategies from Allied Therapists Support clients with mental health needs and behaviours of concern Foster positive routines and independence in a SIL home setting What we’re looking for: Previous experience in SIL or residential environments Background in mental health support Confident with personal care and behaviour management Excellent communication and teamwork skills Strong multitasker with a positive attitude Why join us?
