We are seeking a reliable and experienced FEMALE Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to a male client with a spinal cord injury, living on a farming property. This role involves delivering personal and complex clinical care in a rural home setting. Shifts: Morning: 6:00am – 12:00pm Evening: 8:00pm – 11:00pm Pay Rates – SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual (before tax) Base hourly rate: $35.15 Afternoon shift (ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67 Active night shift (finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday): $39.37 Saturday: $49.21 Sunday: $63.27 Public holiday: $77.33 Key Responsibilities: Manual handling using hoist and sling transfers Complex bowel care and catheter care Wound and pressure area management Daily domestic assistance and household tasks Promoting independence and delivering person-centred support Requirements: Experience with complex care (training can be provided) Confident with manual handling equipment Comfortable working independently on a rural property Current Driver’s Licence and own reliable transport (essential due to location) NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check (WWCC) First Aid and CPR Certification This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships and providing essential care in a quiet, countryside setting.
