Client Our client is a leading pumping and irrigation specialist. They manage projects from design to installation, servicing, and parts across agricultural, industrial, and commercial projects. With decades of experience in the industry, they can identify, advise on, and implement the best water solution for their clients. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for additional sales staff. Role This role will establish and maintain customer relationships, drive sales, and contribute to the business's overall success. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Drive sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge Promote the organisation's product, service, installation and design capabilities Identify irrigation and pump requirements in the residential, agricultural, industrial and commercial sectors Attend to customers, sales, service and project enquiries Ensure sales budgets are met or exceeded Requirements Sales experience in irrigation, water, pumps or agriculture Pump and Irrigation experience with excellent hydraulic and design skills Project management experience and skills Results-orientated and customer service focused Ability to work across complex projects Ability to build positive relationships with all stakeholders Strong self-motivation, organisation and time management skills Remuneration and Location The remuneration is very attractive for this role and fully reflects the crucial role that this person will play within the business. In addition to a good salary plus a company vehicle, phone and laptop, there are generous sales commissions. A generous commission system offers the opportunity to add 10% to 15% above salary.This role is located within the New England area to support the Tamworth and Gunnedah branches.
