This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced E-commerce Coordinator to play a key role in the performance and accuracy of their Australian and New Zealand digital platforms — ensuring every online interaction reflects the brand’s exceptional standards. About the role Reporting to the E-commerce Manager (ANZ), you’ll be responsible for the smooth operation and accuracy of all digital product content, pricing and promotional activity. You’ll manage updates across multiple systems (including Intershop, CMS, Webshop and PIM) and work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure online product ranges and campaigns go live on time and error-free. This role requires someone confident working within an e-commerce environment — a professional who understands the importance of data integrity, deadlines and customer experience. Key responsibilities Coordinate and update online content, product details and imagery across AU/NZ sites Manage pricing, promotions and merchandising accuracy across multiple platforms Maintain product information, attributes and digital assets within PIM/CMS systems Support campaign execution, QA checks and cross-team collaboration Produce basic reporting and insights to inform e-commerce performance Uphold brand consistency and attention to detail across all digital touchpoints Skills & experience Proven experience in an E-commerce Coordinator or similar role is essential Strong understanding of digital product management, online content and pricing Confident working with CMS, product information management (PIM) or SAP systems Advanced attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Proficient in Excel and comfortable managing high volumes of content Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills Hands-on, proactive and reliable — a “get things done” mindset Culture You’ll join a collaborative and professional digital team that values excellence, teamwork and accountability.
