Main Duties: Lead and manage nationwide precast concrete operations to achieve business goals. Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple facilities. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Implement cost management strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies. Provide leadership and support to operations teams, fostering a culture of performance and accountability. Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the precast division. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field). Proven background in the Precast Concrete industry . Strong experience in operations management within manufacturing or construction. Demonstrated ability in cost management and budget control . Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel as required to support nationwide operations.
