About the role and where you will be working: The Change Business Partner works closely with leaders and key business stakeholders to build strong relationships that enable successful delivery of change initiatives. By acting as a trusted advisor, this role ensures the Southern Cross Care WA change framework and tools are applied in a way that supports people through business process and technology transitions. Through collaboration and partnership, the Change Business Partner helps align project outcomes with organisational goals while fostering employee adoption and engagement. This position is located in our central office in Rivervale with the option to work from home 1 or 2 days per week. We’ll also be asking you to: Work closely with Southern Cross Care (WA) Inc (SCCWA)’s leadership to navigate business change challenges and opportunities though people solutions and strategies. Lead an integrated organisational transformation roadmap with a strong HR and people experience focus. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the change lifecycle and the key levers that increase engagement and adoption in change. Build strong understanding of the operations of SCCWA to support effective change management. Build change readiness in leaders and their teams to support successful change adoption. Consult and coach leaders and key business stakeholders using a positive approach built on trust and integrity to manage all stages of the change journey. Influence decision-makers by challenging established ways of working and fostering innovative thinking Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and promote continuous improvement in business processes, making things simpler and more effective Provide stakeholders with data-driven insights on change, building strong partnerships with managers to address challenges and implement solutions About you: The ideal candidate will role-model our values through strong leadership and relationship-building skills, inspiring and influencing others to achieve outcomes. Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred. To be considered for this role, you’ll need: Relevant Teritary Qualification (Change Management, Human Resources, Commerce) Experience in engaging stakeholders to analyse processes, identify improvements, and co-create solutions that achieve consensus on the desired future state. Proven experience leading strategic initiatives, business partnering, and leadership coaching and development Demonstrated ability to coach and influence organisational leaders to implement business change Proven experience leading large-scale organisational or HR transformation initiatives (ideally in multi-year programs).
