Job Description We are looking to appoint a Senior Executive Search Recruiter responsible for leading senior and specialised recruitment initiatives across Australia and New Zealand. This newly established position reports directly to the Talent Resourcing Manager for AU/NZ. You’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting and securing senior management and specialist talent critical to the success of our growth ambitions across the infrastructure sector. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll provide strategic insight into the talent market, develop proactive sourcing strategies, and build trusted relationships with high-calibre professionals. You’ll be instrumental in helping us grow and evolve our senior leadership teams – not just for today’s needs, but for the challenges and opportunities ahead. It’s about building the leadership bench strength that will drive ACCIONA’s growth and performance over the long term. What You’ll Be Doing Strategic Sourcing & Market Mapping - develop and deliver a targeted recruitment strategy for senior and specialist roles. Stakeholder Engagement - partner with senior leaders to provide advice on market conditions, talent pipelines and alternative skill aligned to business forecast needs. End-to-End Recruitment - manage the whole recruitment process, from sourcing strategy to negotiating offers. Candidate Relationship Management - b uild and maintain strong connections with senior professionals and passive candidates. Data & Insights - utilise data and market intelligence to develop reports and presentations that inform strategic decisions. Employer Branding - collaborate with marketing and communications to strengthen ACCIONA’s employer brand and attract top talent in the civil construction space. Required Skills and Competencies What You’ll Bring Ideally 10–15 years in executive search/Resourcing or internal talent acquisition focused on senior hires. Proven ability to engage and influence senior professionals. Enhanced communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. A deep understanding of the infrastructure industry and the leadership capabilities required to succeed in operational roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
