This is a fast-paced role reporting to the Manager Human Resources, supporting our operations team whilst assisting with the development and growth of our managers and future leaders in the business and in the team. What we are looking for: A dynamic HR practitioner who enjoys partnering with key stakeholders in the delivery of strategic and operational support and advice Proven experience in managing Employee/Industrial Relations issues include carrying out workplace investigations A strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices, HR metrics and reporting The ability to use your analytical skills interpreting Awards and legislative provisions and providing advice to key stakeholders Holds exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships throughout all levels of the organisation especially within your team Ability to multi-task conflicting priorities in a dynamic and ever-changing employee relations landscape Exposure to the not-for-profit sector, funding and the work we do would be advantageous Benefits we can offer you: Wide range of employee benefits including HBF Health discounts, JBHIFI discounts and Commonwealth Bank product discounts to name a few!
