Description The Opportunity: Do you have the drive, skills and ability to work with us as part of our team? Kent is offering an exciting and challenging opportunity for a CCMS Administrator. This role is central to ensuring project data and systems completion are accurate, up to date, and delivered on time. You’ll manage and maintain databases, track check sheets, punch items, and as-builts, support change management processes, generate progress reports, and provide training and support to system users. With involvement in meetings, audits, and walkdowns, you’ll be a key link between engineering, field teams, and commissioning. We’re seeking an organised, adaptable, and detail-focused professional with strong computer skills, clear communication, and ideally experience with Completion Management Systems (Hexagon, Orbit CMS, Omega PIMS, or Continuum Edge). In this role, some of the following duties you will undertake but not limited to: Populate and update the database to reflect field and engineering data, MOC changes, including RFIs, DCNs, and redlines/as-builts. Assist in internal auditing requirements Participate in project meetings and take meeting minutes Ensure all records (e.g., check sheets, punch items) are accurately recorded and progressively updated in the Systems Completion Database. Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports on system and subsystem completion status. Administer the change management process within the Systems Completion Database. Review and control punch items, ensuring accurate registration and tracking Create and maintain tag completion reports for the commissioning team. Perform data exports and support system users with data retrieval needs.
