As a key influencer, you will lead initiatives that promote a strong risk-aware culture across the business—delivering targeted training and empowering teams to make informed, confident decisions. Work type: Permanent, full-time Classification: Band 8 Commencing at $122,040 pa plus super Drive the maintenance, enhancement, and strategic delivery of enterprise risk, business continuity, and fraud and corruption control frameworks. Empower the first line of defence by advising and supporting risk capability-building across the business. Lead second line of defence oversight, integrating with key frameworks (e.g., procurement, project management) and delivering risk assurance and reporting to Executive and governance bodies. Act as a trusted business partner—provide expert advice, challenge decisions through a risk and compliance lens, and collaborate with stakeholders to align Integrity & Risk systems with business goals. Champion a risk-aware culture through engaging communication, coaching, training, and workshop facilitation. About you To succeed in this role, you’ll have relevant tertiary qualifications or specialist certification in risk, plus extensive experience in governance areas such as risk, business continuity, compliance, fraud control, audit, consulting, or project management. Essential Experience: Proven experience in governance, risk, audit, and internal controls, applying modern methodologies and best practices. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven track record of building meaningful, engaging business relationships. Advanced analytical skills with experience in evaluating and enhancing risk and business continuity systems, including providing expert guidance and coaching. Experience with risk management and business continuity software (desirable).
