We need a creative content killer - someone who can turn ideas into viral, scroll-stopping content that grows the brand and creates raving fans. We’re looking for a young, hungry, creative executor who lives and breathes content. Someone who: Knows trends before they hit Is on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts daily Can edit, cut, caption, and post at speed Uses CapCut, Canva, ChatGPT, Descript, and Opus Clip effortlessly Doesn’t just follow orders but proactively brings ideas to the table Compensation: 1000 AUD/month (paid bimonthly) Schedule: 20 hrs/week Monday to Friday between 10:00AM – 6:00PM Sydney Time Location: Remote Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Execution Own the content calendar across 3 brands. Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) daily/weekly. Create carousels, graphics, static posts, and quotes with bold, shareable visuals. Write and polish captions, hooks, scripts, landing page copy. Repurpose content across stories, emails, newsletters, podcasts, and social clips. Analyze performance metrics (CTR, retention, shares) and iterate fast. Test hooks, thumbnails, captions, and formats to maximize engagement and virality. Trend & Content Research Monitor trends inside and outside of the niche for inspiration. Reverse-engineer viral content to understand what works. Develop creative angles, suspense, hooks, and shareable executions. Ensure content is entertaining first, educational second. Podcast / Long-Form Bonus Plan content, guests, and format ideas. Edit and post full episodes to Spotify, Apple, YouTube. Cut viral clips and repurpose into social content. Output Expectations Short-form videos: 6–10/week - high retention, entertaining, viral-ready Carousels & graphics: 5–6/week - teach, inspire, entertain Stories: 2–3/day - behind-the-scenes, polls, reactions, personality-driven Static / Quotes: 5–10/week - shareable, bold, punchy copy Trend experiments: 1–2/week - hijack trending memes/sounds, tailored to longevity/health Ad creatives: 1–2/month - UGC-style or polished ads, tested for reach Qualifications : Must-Haves: Strong marketing strategy knowledge (copy, placement, content funnel optimization) Extremely creative, with a pulse on social media trends and viral mechanics Graphic design expertise for social and non-social graphics (Canva/Adobe) Video editing (CapCut, Descript, Opus Clip, Adobe Premiere) for short-form and long-form Strong copywriting for captions, hooks, carousels, landing pages Experience managing content calendars, scheduling, posting Paid ads familiarity is a plus (Meta & Google) Nice-to-Haves / Bonus: Health, longevity, lifestyle content experience Podcast editing experience Familiarity with analytics tools and AI-assisted content creation The candidate must be proficient in the following tools: Capcut Pro, Canva, ChatGPT, Meta Business Suite, YT Studio, Opus Clip, Descript (potentially Notion, for content hub/ project management/ Onedrive/ Whatsapp).
