As the Senior Program Manageryou will successfully oversee the delivery of a complex wealth/investments product initiatives transformation. You will be responsible for driving project vision, execution, and team performance to deliver on strategic objectives aligned to our wealth strategy. It’s fast-paced, high-impact leadership role which will be perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, managing complexity, and making things happen. This is a 24 month Maximum term role based in our Barangaroo office. What do I need? Strong track record of leading and delivering large transformation programs and projects, with well-honed skills in leadership, planning, and executionProficient in managing cross-functional teams and influencing delivery leaders to implement transformation governance programs and processes.Outstanding ability to work a diverse selection of senior stakeholders and communicating across business and technical areas.Demonstrated professional resilience, adaptability and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with multiple competing demands.Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills to drive structure across concurrent change streams.Previous investment product experience is ideal Familiarity and compliance with frameworks such as the Project Execution Framework (PEFM), Agile Execution Framework (AEF), and Solution Engineering Lifecycle (SELC Why join us?
