Job summary: Flexible hours available 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role About the Role Hugo Dining in Essendon is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in preparing a wide variety of cocktails, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate a point-of-sale (POS) system for processing payments. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with consistency and efficiency Maintain a clean and organized bar area Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner Handle transactions using the cashier/POS system accurately Assist customers during the payment process Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service Replenish bar stock and assist with inventory management as needed Follow RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) guidelines at all times Requirements Previous experience as a bartender with solid cocktail-making skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and well-presented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work on weekends (Friday nights, Saturdays, and Sundays) Current RSA certificate Why Join Us?
