They are seeking experienced Injury Management Specialist / Rehab Consultant ready to leverage their injury management expertise in a collaborative, outcomes-focused environment. Benefits Competitive salary $105,000 - $115,000 super performance bonus Enjoy great work-life balance with flexible WFH Join a high performing business with genuine career progression opportunities Located in Newcastle The role Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on physical injuries, delivering holistic return-to-work (RTW) and injury management services Work directly with employers and stakeholders to develop RTW plans and injury prevention strategies Participate in tender and stakeholder engagement processes with a relationship-focused approach Contribute to training and mentoring across the team and grow your skills in workplace rehabilitation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including RTW and technical specialists under experienced leadership About you Allied Health professionals (e.g., Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist) or experienced 2 years in RTW/Injury Management within Workers Comp Strong understanding of employer based RTW programs Passionate about improving recovering outcomes and supporting workers back to work Collaborative team player with a mentoring mindset and proactive attitude We believe in the freedom to be our authentic selves and welcome people of all genders, ages, nationalities, ethnicity, sexual orientations, personality, and perspectives to apply for any of our roles.
