The Role As an Area Manager, you will provide hands-on leadership and operational support to practice managers, doctors, nurses, and reception staff. You’ll play a central role in creating a supportive workplace culture, ensuring consistency across sites, and fostering an environment where both patients and staff feel valued. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and mentoring practice managers and support teams across multiple clinics. Building strong, collaborative relationships with doctors, nurses, and admin staff. Ensuring clinics run efficiently day-to-day while maintaining a patient-first approach. Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives. Supporting staff through accreditation processes and quality improvement programs. Promoting a positive workplace culture that emphasises teamwork, respect, and care. Acting as the key link between clinic teams and the executive management group. About You We’re looking for someone who is approachable, empathetic, and passionate about healthcare. You’ll be an experienced people leader who can inspire, guide, and support teams to deliver their best. You will bring: Previous leadership or multi-site management experience, ideally in healthcare, allied health, or community services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels. A collaborative, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
