About the role Vacancies exist for Casual Retail Assistants for our store network with one located at Narellan. We are looking for an active, well presented, friendly, and motivated person who enjoys customer interaction and is motivated to learn about our various products so they can provide the best in-store experience for every customer from any number of our schools. Friendly and approachable, with a can-do attitude to customers and team members Ability to undertake retail functions: sales transactions at POS, greeting and listening to customer needs, assisting the store manager and other team members in restocking & merchandising, tidying, packing, cleaning and answering phone calls Ability to be training on our POS system (Instore training is provided) Trustworthy and accountable for instore security and transaction accuracy Flexibility and availability to work during school holidays, and peak times e.g. back-to-school Experience in retail clothing or children’s retail environment (preferred but not essential) As a casual Retail Assistant, you may be required to be flexible with rostered days between our stores What can you expect from us?
