Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement brand plans that deliver category growth, consumer engagement, and commercial results.Campaign Delivery: Lead 360° marketing campaigns across digital, shopper, social, and PR channels.Innovation & NPD: Drive product launch strategies, from packaging development to retailer engagement.Partnership Management: Build and manage relationships with global and local brand partners, ensuring alignment and growth.Performance Reporting: Deliver data-driven insights and ROI analysis to inform future strat egy. About YouExtensive experience in brand management, FMCG marketing, or commercial roles.Strong track record in brand strategy, execution, and innovation delivery.Experience managing partner brands, P&L tracking and joint marketing plans.Excellent cross-functional leadership skills (Sales, Category, Finance, Creative).Previous leadership experience preferredDegree in Marketing, Business, or related f ield.
