The Opportunity As a Project Estimator/Engineer, you'll be a key player in designing and estimating HVAC systems from concept to completion. Reporting directly to leadership, this role offers strong potential for career development and involvement in technically rewarding projects. Key Responsibilities System Design: Engineer and document HVAC systems tailored to high-end residential and light commercial environments Estimating & Quoting: Manage the quoting process using leading design and estimation tools Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with architects, builders, and clients to ensure seamless system integration Commercial Insight: Oversee margin analysis, sales forecasting, and project feasibility Project Support: Ensure smooth handover from design through to installation What You'll Bring Minimum 3 years' experience in HVAC estimating, design, or project engineering Solid technical and commercial understanding of HVAC systems Excellent communication and client-facing skills Proficiency with tools such as Simpro, Wrightsoft, or Plandroid (highly regarded) Experience with VRV/VRF systems and/or Airsmart IES is a strong plus High attention to detail and a collaborative mindset In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment .
