With booming business in the Dalby and Brisbane regions, their branches are seeking experienced field service diesel mechanics to join the team. Work with a team of skilled tradespeople Gain a wide range of training on different OEM equipment and machinery Enjoy a close-knit work culture with employee recognition The branch and working hours As a field service technician, you will spend most of your time on the road, developing relationships at various working locations around Dalby: Standard hours: Mon-Thurs 7:00am-3:30pm, finishing early on Friday Plenty of overtime opportunities, with weekend work regularly available The role and machinery In this role, you will have the opportunity to train and upskill across a wide range of earthmoving, crushing, and screening equipment: Scheduled servicing, component change-outs, PM work, maintenance, and equipment/technology upgrades Breakdowns, fault finding, diagnostics, problem solving, and warranty work Your skills and experience You will hold a trade qualification in light vehicle or diesel mechanics and demonstrate the following: Trade qualified with experience across heavy machinery, road transport, earthmoving, or mining Materials handling experience is highly regarded but not essential Ability to work in the field and independently manage breakdowns and problem-solving Hydraulic and electrical diagnostics experience is highly regarded (training available) Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude towards work Seeking a long-term, permanent role with strong earning potential In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment .
