Super) ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver two concurrent initiatives: a Finance Transformation program and a Learning Management System (LMS) implementation . This is a full-time CONTRACT role where you will split your focus across both projects, ensuring successful outcomes from discovery through delivery. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Lead the scoping and planning of the Finance Transformation program. Develop and maintain the project schedule and integrated plan. Oversee delivery, ensuring milestones, budgets, and resources are aligned. Manage stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology teams. Drive the LMS project through discovery, design, and planning phases. Build a strong business case, aligning with organisational objectives. Manage the RFP process and vendor engagement. Ensure seamless transition from planning into implementation. Provide clear reporting and governance updates to senior leadership. Motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering accountability and collaboration. MORE ABOUT YOU Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering both Finance Transformation and LMS implementation projects. Strong track record in scoping, scheduling, and managing complex project plans . Skilled in business case development, RFP management, and vendor selection . Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with confidence engaging both technical and non-technical teams. Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across two major initiatives.
