There are two rosters in the same service; Please select your first preferred roster as you will have an opportunity to discuss both in the pre-screen interview. Please ensure you can work every shift in the roster as we are unable to adjust. Roster 1: Day Shifts @ 43 hrs per FN Roster 2: Mixed roster - 2 x overnight sleep shifts and 3 x day shifts @ 32 hrs per FN * A cert III in individual support is required Proposed Roster - Female Support - 43 hrs - 503691.pdf Proposed Roster - Female Support - Mixed roster - 32 hrs - 503692.pdf Key duties include: Delivering a wide range of domestic supports within high-needs customer residence; Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer’s life goals; Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; and Administration duties, expense and mandatory reports. What you’ll need? Ability to follow Person Centred plans and assist people to achieve their goals and outcomes; An understanding and enthusiasm for working alongside people with disabilities; Willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties experience; Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity; Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher is desirable; Willingness to use your fully insured and registered, private vehicle (aligned with Activ’s motor vehicle allowance rebate).
