About the Role Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Revenue Optimisation Manager will play a critical role in maximizing Dyson’s revenue and profitability by designing, managing and evaluating pricing, promotion, and sales strategies across all channels. This position will collaborate closely with key commercial teams—including marketing, sales, demand planning, finance, and supply chain—to maximise ROI and deliver sustainable growth. A key responsibility will be to drive change by creating and embedding streamlined processes that support revenue optimisation. Main responsibilities include but not limited to:- Analyse and evaluate all investments that drive consumer demand – marketing activities, price promotion, trade marketing etc. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, gift with purchase and bundling to bolster margins Develop models and frameworks to forecast the incremental revenue generated by each investment type Make recommendations on budget allocation to maximise profitable growth Partner with Category to develop ranging pricing strategy (full SSP in conjunction with promotional pricing) Analyse internal and external factors including competitor pricing to guide recommendations and decision making Own the national price promotion calendar, ensuring all promotional activities are aligned to commercial objectives and brand positioning Use data-driven analysis to plan, execute and post-analyse promotional plans to optimise both volume and margin Partner with sales and retail marketing to ensure consistency of execution across key accounts and channels Work closely with category/brand, sales, demand, supply chain and finance teams to create seamless business plans that deliver profitable growth Work with Category, Sales and Demand Planning to set accurate sales targets (based on price elasticity model) by product Ensuring consistency of pricing and promotional approaches across online and offline channels Facilitate transparent communication on revenue optimisation initiatives – input findings and recommendations to IBP cadence Set up and manage robust reporting mechanisms to track revenue optimisation performance Prepare dashboard and regular performance reports for leadership, including promotional ROI analyses Generate actionable insight through advanced analytics and market benchmarking Identify risks and opportunities ahead of time, providing clear recommendations e.g. supply gaps, performance shortfall About You To be successful in this role, you will have an analytical mindset with excellent quantitative, data analysis and data visualisation skills. You will have strong business acumen with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies, financial metrics and P&L. Previous skills & experience:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field.
