Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential First Aid and CPR certification. Valid driver's license and reliable transport. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others. Tasks & responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Support clients in participating in community activities and social events. Implement individualised care plans tailored to each client's needs and preferences. Monitor and report on clients' progress and well-being. Ensure a safe and clean living environment for clients. Provide emotional support and companionship.
