We are seeking an Estimator / Desktop Assessor on a full-time basis, to join our experienced team. To be successful, you must exhibit a willingness to learn, have a passion for building and have strong customer service skills. We are seeking a highly driven and adaptable individual with a positive attitude and keen eye for detail. After on the job training and with on-going support, you will be able to; Accurately price desktop quotes based off a provided scope of works. Carry out virtual insurance inspections and write accurate assessment reports on property damage. You will start with smaller, less complicated jobs until you have the confidence and experience to progress. Create a scope of works and estimate costings for the required repairs. Be willing to provide a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients and trade contractors. Be part of a team that collectively work together to achieve our KPI targets, that our quality levels are upheld and an excellent level of customer service is always maintained. Criteria Previous construction or insurance industry experience preferred. Be highly motivated, passionate about building and willing to learn. Be a positive team member who contributes to the wider team. Solid computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
