We are currently seeking a passionate individual to join our team and lead the pizza section. The role is Wednesday Sundays. We use a Marana Forni pizza oven. We are looking for someone who: Can demonstrate experience in the pizza section (with wood fire pizza oven) Is experienced in high volume, fast-paced working environment Is experienced in hand-stretching pizza dough Has good knowledge and genuine interest in Italian cuisine Has a high standards for food and cleanliness Is available to start ASAP and willing to travel to hastings
