This role reports to the IT Support Tech Manager and is key to supporting day-to-day technology operations across our stores, Contact Centre, and Head Office. The IT Support Technician provides Level 1 and Level 2 technical support across hardware, software, VOIP, and networking systems. The role also contributes to IT innovation, system implementation, process improvement, and asset management.
