We’re looking for a Quality Specialist who thrives on uncovering the truth, driving change, and making a real difference in the lives of children and people with disability. What You’ll Be Doing Lead investigations into serious incidents, complaints, and allegations—ranging from abuse and neglect to restrictive practices and WHS matters. Gather and analyse evidence with precision, empathy, and procedural fairness. Engage with regulators like the NDIS Commission, Child Protection, Ombudsman, and WorkSafe. Deliver clear, trauma-informed reports and outcome letters that drive corrective action. Support continuous improvement by identifying trends and embedding safer practices across services.
