About the role We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Washing Up Person/Trainee Kitchen Hand to join our dynamic team at The Point, Avoca Beach, NSW. This is a casual role, approximately 30 hrs per week. As part of our close-knit kitchen crew, you will play a vital part in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. What you'll be doing Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising all pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment Assisting the kitchen team with food preparation tasks as needed Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen Undertaking any other duties as required to support the kitchen operations What we're looking for A positive attitude and a willingness to learn Basic experience in a kitchen (desirable but not essential) Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays What we offer At Avoca Point , we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
