Our Working Style: At Auntie Anne’s, we work as a team to serve guests and ensure every product is prepared fresh and to high standards. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing, shaping, baking, and flavouring our signature pretzels Serving coffee and specialty beverages ( note: this is not a barista or all-rounder role ) Welcoming and serving customers with warmth and efficiency Keeping the store clean and presentable Completing daily checklists and tasks Taking initiative and supporting the team where needed This work position requires you to be multitask Training: Team members are required to complete 40 hours of hands-on training. This ensures every team member is confident, well-prepared, and aligned with our brand standards from day one.
