Project Scope Includes: Residential & Industrial Subdivision Works Bulk & Detailed Earthworks Sewer Reticulation and Pump Stations Stormwater Drainage and Road Construction Civil Supervisor Responsibilities: Manage on-site operations to ensure timely and safe delivery Coordinate subcontractors, plant, and materials Monitor daily productivity and ensure adherence to plans and specifications Maintain site safety, environmental, and quality standards Communicate regularly with PMs, engineers, and other key stakeholders Civil Project Manager Responsibilities: Full project lifecycle management from planning to completion Develop and monitor project programs, budgets, and forecasts Lead project teams, subcontractors, and client communications Ensure project delivery meets safety, quality, and commercial objectives Oversee procurement, contract administration, and risk management Requirements: Proven experience in civil infrastructure and land development projects in Australia Strong background in subdivisions, earthworks, sewer, drainage, and roads Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available) Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Excellent knowledge of relevant standards and regulations White Card, and other relevant tickets/certifications Why Join Core Talent's Clients?
