About the Role: We’re looking for a high-performing, results-driven Commercial Business Development Manager to lead new business growth across Victoria, focusing on the industrial, transport, mining, agriculture, and farming sectors. This full-time role is ideal for a strategic hunter who thrives on building commercial partnerships from the ground up. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding Penrite’s presence across key commercial channels, crafting data-driven strategies, leading tenders, and delivering exceptional customer experiences from initial contact through to long-term account management. This role involves frequent field activity, travel, and occasional attendance at trade shows and weekend events.
