About the Role This is a key leadership position within a collaborative and hands-on manufacturing environment. As Quality Manager , you will be responsible for leading the QA team, maintaining compliance with TGA and GMP standards, and driving continuous improvement across quality systems and site operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Regulatory, and R&D, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s quality culture and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the Quality Assurance function, overseeing QA team performance and development Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with GMP and TGA requirements Set and report on QA metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and improvement opportunities Manage internal and external audits, including TGA inspections Oversee CAPA, deviation, change control, and training programs Lead and contribute to quality and sustainability improvement projects across the business Act as the primary quality contact for regulatory and client inspections What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical, complementary medicine, or medical device sectors Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory compliance frameworks (TGA essential) Proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills Experience managing audits, CAPAs, and QMS improvements Tertiary qualification in Science, Pharmacy, or related discipline Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment Why Apply?
