This role focuses on growing aftermarket business for Eriez flotation equipment, including spare parts, service, upgrades, and technical solutions. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with commercial acumen to support customers, develop relationships, and expand our presence in the market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage aftermarket sales opportunities for Eriez flotation equipment, including spare parts, retrofits, consumables, and service contracts Build strong customer relationships with processing plants, engineering firms, and service providers Provide technical support and recommendations to customers to improve flotation performance and equipment reliability Identify growth opportunities through site visits, customer feedback, and market trends Collaborate with internal engineering, service, and product management teams to deliver tailored aftermarket solutions Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations to support sales efforts Track sales performance and meet or exceed aftermarket revenue targets his role will require you to visit our customer sites and may require overseas travel as well as provide phone and online support to ensure the best outcome for our customers.
