Position: Student Recruitment Manager Location: Melbourne,VIC We are seeking an experienced and motivated Student Recruitment Manager to join our team in Melbourne. This role will be based with a registered RTO/CRICOS provider and is responsible for driving student enrolments, building strong relationships with education agents, and promoting our courses to both domestic and international students. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to achieve student enrolment targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, and prospective students. Provide advice and guidance on courses, admissions processes, and student pathways. Report on recruitment activities, market trends, and student pipeline. Key Requirements: 1–3 years of proven experience in student recruitment, education sales, or a related role. Previous experience working in an RTO/CRICOS provider will be highly regarded. Strong knowledge of the international and domestic education sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and achieve set targets/KPIs. Fluency in English; additional languages will be highly regarded,For example chinese,Korean,Spanish,etc Have positive attitude.
