About the role We are seeking dedicated Lead Educators to join our vibrant and caring early learning Centre in Rothwell, Queensland. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children aged 0-5 years old. What you'll be doing Plan, implement and evaluate engaging educational programs that support children's learning and development Ensure a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for all children Build positive relationships with children, families and the broader community Comply with all relevant regulations, policies and procedures Participate in ongoing professional development to continuously improve your practice Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to the centre's success What we're looking for Relevant early childhood education qualification (e.g. Diploma or working towards) Experience working in a childcare or early learning setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Passion for supporting children's growth and development Current First Aid and CPR certifications Working with Children Check What we offer At PlayPatch Early Learning , we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
