Seafood Assistant required to join our team in Spearwood! Must be able to work between Thursday to Saturday (Between 9am to 5pm) This position requires raw seafood handling, Filling of stocks, serving customers and housekeeping of the display and prep areas. Your daily routine will look like: Providing our customers with personalised service. Serving, preparing, cutting, and handling seafood. Selling and promoting our great range of products by engaging with customers. Assisting in maintaining and replenishing stock. General kitchen duties and cleaning Demonstrating a high level of personal presentation, organisation and motivation. Be friendly, outgoing, trustworthy and reliable Working cohesively and proactively within a team. Other duties as assigned by the manager. The successful applicant will have: Prior sales/retail service experience in a seafood/meat department would be preferred. Knife skills for filleting and cleaning fish would be an advantage Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks. Punctual, reliable and well presented with an ability to work autonomously.
