Traffic Control Day Supervisor – Join Our Leadership Team Traffic QLD & NSW is seeking an experienced Traffic Control Day Supervisor to lead our team and help deliver a premium service to our clients and crews. About the Role: As a Day Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly and safely. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising and supporting on-site teams Conducting audits and compliance checks Working with the Fleet Supervisor to coordinate smooth equipment delivery and movement (including lights and signage) Liaising directly with clients on site to maintain strong working relationships Assisting crews on site and handling operational challenges What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of current supervisor and staff management experience in traffic control Demonstrated ability to deliver a premium service to both clients and staff Strong leadership, communication, and team player mindset Solid, up-to-date knowledge of current traffic control and management requirements TMI & TC licences (mandatory) Proficiency in Traffio (desirable) Current, clean driver’s licence Ability to provide 2 recent work references (references will be checked prior to any offer of employment) What We Offer: Full-time salary position (Monday–Friday) with weekend on-call rotation Competitive salary based on experience The chance to lead within a growing organisation and support a high-performing team Apply now by sending your details and 2 references to trafficqld.com.au.
