Your Role: Join a professional and friendly team. Your primary focus will be to provide outstanding customer service while guiding clients through the purchasing process of pre-owned vehicles. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will ensure satisfaction throughout their sales journey. Key Responsibilities: professionally engage with customers, understanding their needs and preferences. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our inventory, including vehicle features and benefits. Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle options to align with customer desires. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets. Collaborate with the finance team to present suitable financing options to customers. Maintain a robust customer database and follow up with potential leads to encourage repeat business. Stay informed about industry trends, new luxury vehicle models, and competitor offerings. Requirements: Previous automotive sales experience, preferably in the premium segment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong customer rapport. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. In-depth knowledge of luxury vehicle brands, models, and features. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
