If you are seeking a stable career servicing major brands and value a positive workplace culture, this is the employer for you About the role We are looking to speak to experienced Parts Managers Or Senior Parts Interpreters looking to take a step up who are eager to take on a role at a well established branch. You may come from an Ag or truck dealership or from within the Earthmoving or Automotive dealership or aftermarket parts industry, it doesn't matter - as long as you have existing Parts experience. You will be responsible for: Building strong relationships with customers Guiding and mentoring Interpreters where necessary financial performance of your department Ideally you will also have: Proven experience in a similar role Experience in leading and managing a team You will receive a healthy base salary (c. $80k - $100k) a vehicle & bonuses. The salary is negotiable based on your experience, so we want to hear from you! Whilst not essential, previous exposure to Agricultural and Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous (but not essential) for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
