We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Brandbank HR team on a 12-month fixed term contract . Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across our retail network, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire the best talent in the market. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and has a genuine passion for connecting people with opportunity. THE ROLE: Partner with Retail State Teams and Hiring Managers to deliver seamless recruitment support across store portfolios. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from advertising, sourcing, and screening to interview coordination, feedback, and compliance. Drive recruitment campaigns including Christmas and bulk hiring initiatives. Proactively source talent and build pipelines through LinkedIn, SEEK Talent Search, ATS, and other channels. Represent Brandbank at university open days, careers fairs, and community events. Maintain accurate reporting, recruitment metrics, and system compliance. Contribute to projects across employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and process improvement. On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 3–5 years’ experience in high-volume internal recruitment or agency (retail experience highly regarded). Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS platforms (JobAdder experience desirable). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
