Provide educational leadership and school wide support to teachers in the development, implementation and evaluation of effective teaching and learning curriculum and pedagogy and lead the adoption of key teaching methodologies including Learning Through Doing and Explicit Instruction through coaching and mentoring. Lead school partnerships including Japanese partnership and Student Voice Positive Choice.
