With continued growth and a strong market reputation, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Sales & Operations Administrator to support the business and contribute to ongoing success. About the Role This is a full-time opportunity to join a stable and supportive team that values accountability, communication and professionalism. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating administration, sales support and operational workflow across the business. Key Responsibilities Sales Duties Respond to and manage retail sales enquiries promptly and professionally Oversee the lead-to-quote and follow-up process within set timeframes Monitor the shared Sales inbox to ensure all enquiries are actioned Enter Trade Sales orders on behalf of the GM and Director Support the Retail Sales team in achieving sales targets Process Trade Customer invoices post-shipment Conduct onsite visits and prepare accurate customer quotes Provide tailored product advice and recommendations Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts within MYOB Acumatica Review open sales orders to ensure timely progress Coordinate installation scheduling with Operations Attend monthly sales meetings and contribute insights Prepare monthly reports on leads, quotes and conversion outcomes Respond to social media enquiries (Monday-Friday) Review and process corporate card expenditure for the Sales team Assist with website updates alongside the website designer Operations Duties Ensure Trade Customer sales orders are processed accurately through the warehouse Coordinate with Operations to schedule retail jobs efficiently Assist in streamlining processes between Sales, Warehouse and Operations Identify and recommend improvements to enhance workflow and efficiency Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position preferably with pool knowledge Previous product or pool industry knowledge highly regarded Strong Microsoft Word and Excel abilities Excellent communication skills Able to work independently and take initiative Quick learner with strong organisational discipline Culture & Hours The team works hard but keeps things relaxed and collaborative - everyone pulls their weight and supports one another. Standard business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
