You’ll lead a team of Youth Disability Workers, ensuring safe, nurturing environments that promote independence and wellbeing. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, manage operational compliance, and foster a culture of empowerment and inclusion. Key Responsibilities Lead and support staff in delivering trauma-informed, person-centred care Manage rostering, performance, and team development across 24/7 SIL placements Act as a key escalation point for complex service delivery matters Build strong relationships with young people, families, and stakeholders Ensure compliance with NDIS, child safety, and organisational policies Promote a positive team culture and drive continuous improvement What You’ll Bring Minimum 4 years’ experience in case management and/or leadership roles Bachelor-level qualification in a relevant discipline Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and disability support frameworks Experience managing multi-site or after-hours care services Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills Why Join Us?
