Your role within the team The Reward and People Insights Partner works closely with HR Business Partners and leaders to provide expert guidance and data-driven insights on rewards and compensation strategies across H&H Group ANZ. This role ensures total rewards are aligned with business goals and company culture while supporting workforce planning through analysis of people data and strategic reporting. As a senior individual contributor, the role leads the operational delivery of total rewards programs, including salary reviews, incentive schemes, and benchmarking, while contributing to broader strategy and functional initiatives. It also supports the development and communication of benefits and recognition programs, provides advisory support on remuneration and mobility, and ensures data integrity and compliance in reporting. The role is key to enhancing employee engagement, equity, and the effectiveness of People & Culture initiatives. Key responsibilities include: People Insights: Produce data-driven people insights, crafting narrative that supports leaders, HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to make informed decisions and guide workforce planning initiatives. HRIS System Integration: Manage the integration of our new HRIS system with existing or new total reward systems. DE&I Initiatives: Contribute to key DE&I initiatives, with a particular focus on gender equity, through analysis and maintaining DE&I scorecards (reports and dashboards) that support the business to monitor and evaluate progress. Benefits & Recognition: Support the evolution of our benefits and recognition programs by partnering with key HR stakeholders to review and evolve benefits and recognition programs, enhancing their effectiveness, accessibility, and engagement; provide data-driven recommendations based on internal analysis and external market insights. To make sure we’re setting new starters up for success, we ask that you meet a few criteria relevant to the role to be considered for this opportunity: Relevant degree (e.g., Business, Management, Economics, Accounting) or equivalent experience in remuneration, reward or people analytics role 3 years of experience in a similar role within a corporate environment Proven experience in leading compensation and benefits initiatives in Australia and New Zealand. Understanding of reward and benefits approaches, legislation, and performance links Knowledge and experience in job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and pay determination based on market factors (PayFactors and or Mercer desirable) Demonstrated expertise in advanced analytics and Excel, with experience in HRIS and data visualisation tools; skilled in data modelling and analysis to generate actionable workforce insights. Experience in HR systems and process improvement Knowledgeable in external benefit and salary surveys and compliance reporting (e.g., WGEA) Track record of innovative reward initiatives and comprehensive HR reporting Desirable experience in system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and contribution to projects Experience partnering with HR, business leaders, and external vendors to deliver reward and people insights solutions H&H Group believes in the benefits of a diverse & inclusive workplace & aims to reflect the varied cultures within which we exist.
