Train Crew Development Specialist Permanent full-time opportunity based in Gracemere Lead the growth and development of others Key role on the Depot Leadership team. We’re seeking a Train Crew Development Specialist, with a current Cert IV in Train Driving as well as a Cert IV in Training & Assessment to lead crew development at our Gracemere Depot. You’ll deliver hands-on and classroom training, assess competency, and work closely with supervisors to ensure safe, high-performing operations.
