Responsibilities Efficiently pack products in accordance with company standards and specifications during night shift hours. Load, secure, and prepare steel trucks for dispatch in a safe and timely manner. Perform quality checks to ensure all packaged goods meet quality and safety standards. Qualifications Previous experience in a packing, warehouse, or similar environment is preferred but not required. Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays, as part of a rotational schedule. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks. Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items and stand for extended periods. Excellent team-working skills and the ability to work in a diverse environment. Basic literacy and numeracy skills are necessary for reading instructions and completing reports. Engage in regular checks and maintenance of packing equipment, promptly reporting any issues. Participate in team meetings aimed at process improvement and enhancing the working environment. End the shift by ensuring the work area is clean and prepared for the next shift, providing a full handover to the incoming team.
