Full Time On-Going Permanent Role 10% attraction and retention allowance and penalty rates payable in addition to base salary Professional development allowance payable in addition to base salary Additional qualification allowance payable for relevant postgraduate qualifications About the role As a Supervisor Radiographer in General X-ray at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, you will take on a leadership role in delivering high-quality medical imaging services across a diverse clinical environment. You’ll perform a wide range of imaging procedures with a high level of professional independence, adapting techniques to meet patient needs and ensuring diagnostic accuracy. In this role, you will oversee workflow within the General X-ray team, allocate priorities, and provide supervision and training to radiographers and students. Working closely with radiologists, medical officers, nursing staff and clerical teams, you will contribute to advancing imaging standards, supporting clinical research, and maintaining safe, efficient, and patient-centred services. About You You will be a dedicated and collaborative professional with extensive experience in General X-ray imaging and proven leadership capabilities. Registered with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia and licensed under the Radiation Protection and Control Act SA. Demonstrated expertise in General X-ray imaging, including complex and specialised procedures. Strong leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to manage workflow, support staff, and mentor students. Subject to vaccination and clearance requirements, including Working With Children Check and National Police Clearances.
