About the Role As a Manufacturing Process Worker , you'll be responsible for operating a range of machinery and production lines to fabricate and assemble insulated building panels. This role requires a high level of concentration, mechanical aptitude, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. You'll work closely with the production team to ensure efficient operation of equipment and maintain the company's reputation for excellence in product quality. Key Responsibilities Operate roll forming and guillotining machinery for steel and aluminium coil. Assist in laminating sheet metal and other building materials to insulated foam slabs. Work across multiple production lines Safely operate shrink-wrapping equipment using open flame tools. Conduct basic machine maintenance and report any faults or anomalies. Identify and report product defects to uphold quality standards. Follow strict safety protocols when working with heavy materials and machinery. Support team operations and contribute to a positive, productive work environment. Skills & Experience Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial machinery. Experience working with materials such as steel, aluminium, plywood, fibre cement, vinyl, polystyrene, and adhesives. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high safety and quality standards. Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Reliable and punctual with strong organisational and time management skills. Team-oriented with a proactive and supportive attitude. Qualifications Must have Forklift license Current Australian driver's license. MR Licence (Desirable however not essential) Cert III or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field highly desirable. Australian citizenship or valid work visa.
