Business Analyst (12 Month Contract) Melbourne CBD Hybrid Working Seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 12-month contract. This role focuses on integrating service management solutions between two major telecommunications companies, aiming to establish a robust "assurance bridge" between their Network Operations Centres (NOCs). Key Responsibilities: Service Management Integration : Facilitate and document the integration of service management processes between ServiceNow and other platforms. Assurance Bridge Setup : Design and oversee the implementation of an assurance bridge to ensure smooth coordination between the two NOCs. ITIL & Process Evaluation : Apply ITIL frameworks and conduct detailed system evaluations to align business processes across both organisations. Options & Cost Efficiency : Develop and present cost-effective solution options beyond standard A/B choices, particularly for wholesale partners. Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in service management or ITSM environments. Strong familiarity with ITIL principles. Experience with ServiceNow and ideally some exposure to Helix or similar platforms. Ability to translate complex process requirements into clear, actionable steps and cost-effective solutions.
